They will oversee the building of custom homes by working closely with clients, employees, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control, managing budgets, maintaining clean job sites, and following established processes. The PM will also train under Senior and Lead Project Managers for 3-6 months and be the primary point of contact for clients. Strong communication and professionalism are expected at all times.

The Residential Carpenter will perform basic framing, drywall, and trim carpentry tasks in residential settings, assisting with the installation of windows, doors, cabinets, and other fixtures as needed. Responsibilities also include measuring materials and verifying delivery orders while collaborating with on-site construction professionals to ensure that all work complies with safety and building regulations. Additionally, the carpenter will be responsible for maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in residential carpentry, strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials, proficiency with power and hand tools, and excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina and strength are essential for performing heavy labor when required.
